English Outlook was founded in 2010 with the goal of providing online IELTS and English language instructions to students around the world. English Outlook is based in Brisbane, Australia providing professional and specialist face-to-face English instructions to students throughout the world. Its online assessment tests are used to test the English skills of thousands of students every year.
Jacqui Posener, Director and Co-Founder of English Outlook
Jacqui has a bachelor of Arts in French Studies (Hons.) from Portsmouth University, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Education from Warwick University, an RSA Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language to Adults and a Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics from Macquarie University. Jacqui is a qualified IELTS examiner and has had over 20 years experience in the ESL and IELTS field. She has served as Director of Studies (8 years) in Universal English College, Sydney and worked in program coordination roles in RBIC and Griffith University. Jacqui's interests include all things French, reading and going to the cinema.
Richard Posener, Director and Co-Founder of English Outlook
Born in Sydney, Australia, Richard has spent the past 20 years as a technical and language instructor. He is multi-skilled, having worked as a professional photographer, an IT consultant and an industry graphic design artist. As well as working as one of EO's skilled language instructors, Richard looks after all the technical aspects of English Outlook including the Key English Language Test design and administration. Richard has a certificate in TESOL and is a certified Microsoft Engineer. His specific interests are in Russian language and literature, photography and great cinema.
